Kronos Science project managers have extensive experience in handling the demanding requirements of specimen logistics, site support and data management that make clinical trials a success.  KS’s approach includes having a dedicated contact who proactively leads the process while strategically focusing on the client’s needs, ensuring that even the most complex projects are managed to successful completion.  KS project managers’ strong clinical research background enables them to actively engage, advise, troubleshoot, and evaluate the many requirements of a project or program.

 

A project manager will be assigned to each individual project and/or client and will be the study sponsor’s primary point of contact throughout the life of the study. A client support services representative will also be assigned to the project as a secondary point of contact, ensuring that clients have access to the project team when needed.

 

The project manager oversees all study activities and coordinates communications between the sponsor and internal laboratory departments to ensure that every aspect of the study is being performed to sponsor expectations.
