Kronos Science has developed assays for vitamins and vitamin components using state-of-the-art instrumentation. Utilizing LC/MS/MS methodology, KS has assays for vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6 (PLP) and vitamin B7 (biotin). For vitamin C (ascorbate), vitamin D2/D3, vitamin E (alpha tocopherol, delta tocopherol and gamma tocopherol) HPLC is employed. These methods provide a greater level of sensitivity than other methods currently available; providing clients with the precision they require for research projects.
